Delivery of Products
At The Copier Parts Company, we strive to process and deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is accepted, we confirm the anticipated delivery time. However, please note that all delivery timelines depend on stock availability and therefore only begin once payment reflects in our bank account.
Delivery Rates
To begin with, Copier Parts offers free delivery on orders exceeding USD $100.00 (or the ZWL equivalent) within a 20km radius of Harare Main Post Office.
Alternatively, orders below this threshold remain eligible for delivery; however, a USD $10.00 surcharge (or ZWL equivalent) will apply.
Harare Delivery Estimates
In most cases, delivery timelines in Harare are as follows:

Before 10:00 am: Same-day delivery

After 10:00 am: Possible same-day delivery; otherwise, next business day
Furthermore, deliveries take place Monday to Friday, from 08:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Bulawayo Delivery Estimates (Stock Dependent)
Similarly, delivery estimates for Bulawayo follow the same structure:

Before 10:00 am: Same-day delivery

After 10:00 am: Possible same-day delivery; otherwise, next business day
As with Harare, deliveries occur Monday to Friday, from 08:00 am to 3:00 pm, subject to stock availability.
Outlying Area Delivery
For outlying areas, delivery timelines largely depend on the courier selected. Typically, Copier Parts works with One Logistics, Swift/Unifreight, or FedEx.
In these cases, customers cover all out-of-town delivery costs. That said, where possible, we can arrange collection directly from our premises.
General Delivery Conditions
Please note the following conditions apply to all deliveries:

Firstly, we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays

Secondly, stock availability and geographic location may affect delivery timelines

Additionally, delivery estimates begin once payment reflects in our bank account, not at the time of order

Moreover, orders outside Harare ship via road freight using the customer’s preferred courier

Finally, orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
Order Processing & Stock Availability
Before processing any order, we require full payment. Although we do our best to maintain sufficient stock levels, availability may fluctuate and, on rare occasions, items may become unavailable.
Special Orders
In certain instances, special orders—such as custom products, special configurations, and build-to-order PCs—require longer lead times. Consequently, delivery timelines for these orders may differ from standard estimates.
Preparing for Your Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery, please arrange adequate access and space in advance. This includes, but is not limited to:

Staircases and elevators
By doing so, you help us complete your delivery efficiently.
Delivery Sign-Off
Upon delivery, an authorised representative must sign the delivery note, invoice, or warranty forms. For personal deliveries, any individual 18 years or older may sign.
If, however, no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply. Once signed for, Copier Parts cannot accept responsibility for visible packaging damage, missing items, or damaged goods.
Customer Responsibilities Upon Delivery
Before signing, please inspect your order in the presence of the delivery personnel. Should you notice any missing, damaged, or incorrect items, notify the delivery team immediately.
Additional Fees
In some circumstances, additional charges may apply. This may occur if delivery conditions are not met or if you request services outside our standard delivery offering.
