Delivery of the Products

The Copier Parts Company will always do their best to process and deliver your order as soon as possible. We are however experiencing a combination of delays due to the Covid-19 lockdown.
We are currently working with limited staff, and experiencing extremely high email and call volumes, which may result in us not being able to reply straight away. But rest assured that we are working tirelessly in the background to deliver all orders as fast as we can.
We, as always, truly value your business and appreciate your patience and support over these difficult times.
The anticipated time of delivery of any Products sold by The Copier Parts Company shall be communicated at the time that the order is accepted by us.
For all orders, please follow the below delivery estimates. Please note that these estimates are based on stock availability and are subject to the receipt of your payment in our bank account.

Delivery Rates

Our delivery team are experiencing numerous delays due to multiple roadblocks along the main highways and roads leading into the CBD. As a result, we are restricted as to the number of deliveries we are capable of doing in any given day.
With this in mind, Copier Parts will only be able to offer free delivery for orders exceeding USD$100.00 or the ZWL equivalent, and within a radius of 20km from Harare Main Post Office.
We will still be able to deliver orders under the above threshold, but will have to raise a surcharge of USD$5.00 or the equivalent in ZWL.

Harare Delivery Estimates:

Order placed before 10:00am – same day delivery.
Order placed after 10:00am – possible same day delivery, else definite next day delivery.
Delivery Times: Mon-Fri 08.00am to 15.00pm

Bulawayo Delivery Estimates (Stock Dependant):

Order placed before 10:00am – same day delivery.
Order placed after 10:00am – possible same day delivery, else definite next day delivery.
Delivery Times: Mon-Fri 08.00am to 15.00pm

Other Outlying Area Delivery Estimates:

Delivery of product will largely depend on the chosen courier. Copier Parts generally use the services of One Logistics , Swift/Unifreight or Fedex.
The cost of out of town deliveries will be borne by the customer, but we can generally arrange collection from our premises.

No deliveries will be made on public holidays and during weekends.

Delivery is subject to stock availability at the time, and is dependent on geographical location.

Delivery estimate will commence once payment is reflecting in our bank account and not from time of order.

All orders outside of Harare will be delivered via road freight, by a courier of the client’s preference.

Our delivery partners are One Logistics , Swift/Unifreight or Fedex, and they can ship to almost any physical address within Zimbabwe.

We will only start processing your order once we have received your payment in our account. Please note stock availability may fluctuate from time to time, and on the odd occasion we may run out of stock.

We will process your orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

Special Orders: Certain special orders, including custom products, special configurations, and build to order PCs, require varying order lead times.

How to prepare for your delivery?

Please make sure there is adequate access and space to complete the delivery, considering parking facilities, driveways, hallways, staircases and elevators. This should all be done prior to delivery.

Who needs to sign for my delivery?

Please ensure that a copy of the delivery note, or in some cases the invoice and warrantee forms, are signed by a authorised representative from the organisation. In the case of a personal delivery, it can be signed for by an individual who is 18 years of age or older.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order.
Copier Parts will not be held responsible for visible defects of packaging, damaged items, or missing merchandise once the signing and handover of items has been effected.

What am I responsible for upon delivery?

Please be sure to sign the Delivery Note, Invoice or Warrantee Form in the presence of the delivery personal to indicate that your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there is a missing, damaged or incorrect package, please notify the delivery team immediately.

What additional fees may apply?

There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery.
