Please follow the steps below:

  • The first step is to check the box for any visible physical damage or tampering.
  • Visit https://ssl.www8.hp.com/h22234/auth/ok to validate the seal on the box. 
  • Open the packaging and inspect your cartridge. 
  • The box and the cartridge must have a corresponding batch number and manufacturing date engraved on them.

A: In order to print wirelessly, your printer needs to be a wireless, WiFi direct enabled printer. Download the HP Smart App on Google PlayStore (for Android) and Apple Store (for Apple Devices)
