Q: I am suspecting the cartridges I was supplied by some company are not genuine. How do I check if they are genuine HP Cartridges?

- The first step is to check the box for any visible physical damage or tampering.

- Open the packaging and inspect your cartridge.
- The box and the cartridge must have a corresponding batch number and manufacturing date engraved on them.
Q: How do I print, scan or share documents wirelessly with my printer using my mobile device?
A: In order to print wirelessly, your printer needs to be a wireless, WiFi direct enabled printer. Download the HP Smart App on Google PlayStore (for Android) and Apple Store (for Apple Devices)
